Physical Products

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Downloadable Wall Art

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of downloadable items, we do not offer refunds for these products unless there is a technical issue preventing the download or the file is corrupted.

General Terms

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for physical products must be submitted within 24hrs hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
